Computer Systems are complex and technologies change fast. Developing
solid and well-designed Software is difficult and a huge challenge.
Developers with years of experience have the advantage over younger
colleagues for having made many mistakes over the time. Mistakes they
used to learn and write better applications next time.
Clearly, experience is the best teacher. No one can "teach"
unexperienced developers experience. But good and bad decisions can be
abstracted to provide so called "Best Practices".
